Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Purchasing Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for purchasing various items from our authorized vendors and dealers within the United States. Shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo a data verification process conducted by our legal partners, which includes signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and completing an HR form. Successful candidates will handle purchasing tasks using company-provided funds.
Key Responsibilities
1. Purchase items as assigned from authorized vendors/dealers.
2. Ensure proper documentation and accuracy in all transactions.
3. Maintain detailed records of all purchases and submit reports as required.
4. Communicate effectively with vendors and the company to ensure timely and accurate purchases.
Compensation and Benefits
1. Base Salary: $5,500 per month.
2. Transaction Bonus: 5% of each transaction completed.
3. Monthly Purchase Volume: Minimum of 10-25 purchases.
Requirements
1. High level of integrity and attention to detail.
2. Ability to manage company-provided funds responsibly.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
4. Experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field is an advantage.
